These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you, the user, and 218bet. By accessing or using any part of the platform — whether via browser, mobile, or any other device — you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are accessing voluntarily and on your own behalf, and that you fully agree to the rules set out here.

To register and use the 218bet, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
• Hold a valid and active CPF in Brazil.
• Not be an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of an employee of 218bet or its technology partners.
• Not be under an active self-exclusion period on any betting or gaming platform.
• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.

Each user may hold only one account on 218bet, linked to your CPF. Creating multiple accounts under the same person — regardless of the reason — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent blocking of all accounts involved and the cancellation of associated balances, including bonuses and any pending winnings.

The 218bet reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. The KYC process requires submission of a photo ID (national ID card, driver's license, or passport), recent proof of address, and in some cases a selfie with your document. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal restrictions until the process is complete.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials secure — username, password, and any authentication codes. The 218bet never asks for your password by email, chat, or phone. The following are prohibited actions that may result in account suspension or closure:
